Pastor Kurt Krieger has begun a new sermon series on which also is the topic in the Bible Studies each Sunday evening.   If you have ever wondered why some people seem to have faith and wanted to build a strong faith for yourselves, you are encouraged to be here each week for a 5 week series to start your new year right. Some questions to be covered either Sunday mornings or evenings will be; What is faith?  What does it mean to have faith?  Does having doubt mean that you have lost your faith?  Can one develop faith as small as a mustard seed that can move mountains?   Plan now to join us and find your faith at Spirit of Hope MCC.

Spirit of Hope's Amazing Giving Continues

Despite the difficult Economic times, Spirit of Hope MCC continues to be able to bless people within our congregation as well as our community.

Spirit Of Hope MCC continues to use its building to provide a safe and accessible place for our community.  During January alone, groups including HIV transmission prevention training, Sho-Me Pride, Lesbian Gay Community Center of Kansas City, Sho-Me Squares,  several political, social and support groups all are holding their gathering events in our facility.
