New Sermon Series

As we move into 2012 we want to be a church that becomes the community of faith that Jesus and the writers of the Epistles encouraged us to be.  Next week on Sunday, January 8th, Pastor Kurt will return with a new series of sermons that takes scripture verses that have the words “one another” in them and use them to encourage us to grow in Spiritual maturity.   For example what does it mean to “Love one another?”  Shouldn’t we all know that, but how do we live it out?  Be ready to be challenged and encouraged to see your life and your gifts in a whole new way.

Winter Weather Policy

While we always hope to be able to hold morning worship services here at Spirit of Hope  MCC events and classes may sometimes need to be cancelled due to the threat of severe  weather or dangerous weather conditions. We suggest that you share your phone number or email address with the coordinator of any group that you are a part of so that they can contact you if necessary.  When events are cancelled we will post a notice on our website contact the television stations and update the recording on our answering service.  Please remember, for your own personal safety, to always use your best judgment regardless of what  decision we make.
